Sabrina Ng is a public servant from Singapore, who has clocked 20 years of service, of which a large part was spent on research in Behavioural Insights (BI) and its application to improve the government’s work and in building BI capability. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, for which she won the “To Know the Causes of Things” prize for best dissertation in her cohort. Sabrina is also the proud mother of the Z Bros (Zachary, Zaden and Zander), without whom this book would not have been written.
