About SG Culture Pass
The SG Culture Pass is a cultural credits scheme that allows eligible Singaporeans to purchase and enjoy Singapore‑created literary works. It is designed to support local writers, illustrators, and publishers, while encouraging readers to discover and engage more deeply with Singapore literature.
At Epigram Books, we’re proud that a wide range of our published titles are approved for Culture Pass usage!
When can the Culture Pass be used?
The Culture Pass is valid from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2028. Eligible physical SingLit books may be purchased starting 1 March 2026.
Please note:
- Unused credits may expire after the stated end date
- Credits are non‑transferable
Where can the Culture Pass be used?

The SG Culture Pass can only be used at participating physical bookstores. It cannot be used for online purchases.

No. Culture Pass credits cannot be used online; they are strictly for in-store purchases at physical bookstores.

Only titles approved under the Culture Pass scheme are eligible. Please refer to the list above, or the collection here.

Can I use the Culture Pass at events or launches?
Only if books are sold through an approved physical retail setup that supports Culture Pass transactions.

Can I reserve a book online and pay with Culture Pass later?
No. Payment must be made in person at participating physical bookstores.
