How do I order your products?
Ordering via our website is fast and convenient—simply point, click and purchase. You will be asked to create an account with Epigram Books, but you can also make a purchase without an account.

How do I order your products?
You can do a quick search in the search bar at the top of our website using either the book title or name of author. If the book turns up in your search results, congratulations! You've found the book! If the book does not show up, we most likely do not stock the book.

I have a special request for my order. How do I get in touch with you?
You can submit your requests via the enquiry form on our contact page. We are usually able to respond via email within 2 working days.

Why did my discount code not work?
Most of the time, it is because your order was made outside the promotion/sale period, or that the product is not eligible for the discount. All discounts are applied before any payment is made.

What currency are the listed prices based on?
All listed prices are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

Are there taxes on your goods?
All local purchases are subject to an 9% Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST). This tax is applied to the listed prices during checkout. This provides you with a clear breakdown of what you are paying for, and also helps with our accounting purposes.
If your shipping address is outside of Singapore, GST will not be applied to your order in accordance to Singapore tax laws.
For customers in Singapore: All the products that are listed on our website are priced before 9% GST and the final price will only be reflected at checkout.
For customers in the UK: Products sold follow the Delivered At Place (DAP) rules, also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that Epigram Bookshop takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires you to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping in Singapore is free if you spend a minimum of $50 (before GST). For international deliveries, shipping rates depend on the weight and destination of your order.

Please note: Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local customs.

Can I ship to an overseas address?
Of course! We ship to almost all major cities in the world. Any shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout before payment is made.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, From one check-out, you can send items to as many addresses as you want.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship via a number of different carriers, but mostly via Singapore Post.

Can I pick up my order?
You can save on shipping by arranging a self-pickup at our showroom at 1008 Toa Payoh North #03-08 S318996 (open Mondays to Thursdays). All you have to do is select Local Pickup as your shipping option during checkout. Do note that this option is only available to shoppers who have indicated a local address upon checkout.
