A published writer of poetry, fiction and literary criticism, Ann Ang is the author of the poetry collection Burning Walls for Paper Spirits (2021). She has also edited several books, including Here was Once the Sea: An Anthology of Southeast Asian Eco-Writing (2023) and Waves Rising: Collected Works of Ho Poh Fun & Responses (2024). She is assistant professor in English literature at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University.
