Kathirasan K is an established mindfulness teacher and practitioner. He is the founder of the Centre for Mindfulness in Singapore and the Director of Positive Performance Consulting. Kathirasan is an original thinker in the world of Mindfulness with a strong background in contemplative practices, psychology of happiness, philosophy, organisational development, leadership and education. Since 1998, he has studied contemplative practices and practiced different forms of meditation under eminent teachers.
He has been teaching Mindfulness and its philosophy for over 15 years. He also holds an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton and has lived all his life in Singapore.
