“This collection of poems represents for me the ideal of embracing life and living in the present moment as if it were the first time, each life. All my life, I have been a meticulous planner. But I soon began to realise that it is not the planning that counts; it is the execution and action. Beyond the planning, the executive and action, the most important thing is to realise that all of this is the stuff of life. We must live it––every single moment of it.” –– from the Introduction by Vivienne Yeo
