Teo Xue Shen is the author of 18 Walls, which was longlisted for the Epigram Books Fiction Prize in 2017. He wrote 18 Walls and Children of the Ark on his phone during his time in National Service. He is currently an undergraduate at the National University of Singapore in environmental studies. He is an avid scoutmaster and fisherman who lives with his parents and a brother in Singapore.
