The 13 reflections on subjects such as consciousness, the generative power of language, the role of the body, passion, happiness and emotional agility, serve as a comprehensive companion that will illuminate your path to a meaningful life.
The authors, all experienced practitioners themselves, take you beneath the surface of their subject and illustrate how they work with it at both a professional and personal level. Beyond individual transformation, the book highlights the essential role of coaching in the modern world, positioning it as a key modality in the ongoing evolution of humanity.
