The story follows a child, Little One, and Aishwany on a heartfelt quest to discover Little One’s name. Guided by the stars and the wisdom of those they meet along the way, they journey across wondrous lands to uncover the name believed to have been written in the stars.

Born in Sri Lanka, raised in Canada, and now living in Singapore, Nadeesha Jayasinghe identifies as a third-culture kid, and it’s this that shapes his worldview and inspires his storytelling.
With a background in education, community development, and psychology, Nadeesha has always been drawn to the power of storytelling to inspire and educate young minds; weaving together positive values, culture, and challenging negative stereotypes.
With his debut children’s book, “In Search of Little One’s Name”, Nadeesha explores Asian astrological naming traditions through a captivating fantasy tale, weaving together culture and imagination, making it a must-read for young adventurers.
Gayanath Dayasundara is a mixed-media artist based in Vancouver, Canada. He is currently a Senior Compositor at Sony Pictures and has worked extensively in post-production on major film franchises for Marvel and Disney.
