About the Author

Each book draws from the experiences of psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors who have counselled countless children regarding everything from digital addiction to eating disorders. Using a story-based approach, each book contains a relatable story that will help children understand themselves better, and be able to take practical steps to grow, develop and change. Dr Bernardine Woo is a psychiatrist with the Child Guidance Clinic, Institute of Mental Health, Singapore. She is also a mother of two wonderful daughters, with lots of experience dealing with sibling rivalry both at home and at work.
