The Rainbow Hearted Boy (A Mindfulness Series for Kids)

Malvina Kang is a yoga teacher, studio owner, author and birth doula. She has over 20 years of experience in yoga, and is certified in Vinyasa, Prenatal, Postnatal & Mindful Birthing, and Children’s Yoga. Alongside her yoga training, she is deeply passionate about herbalism and plant medicine and is currently studying to become a registered herbalist. Malvina is the founder of Hom Yoga (2009), a space for self-discovery and transformation through yoga, and Mini Glow Yoga Club (2017), a yoga school for mothers, babies and children. She is a strong advocate for a child-centred, empowering and intuitive approach to parenting. Malvina has written several children’s books that bring the magic of yoga and mindfulness to kids through poetry, images and stories. Her works include The Rainbow Hearted Boy, and the trilogy My Sun, My Sun; My Moon, My Moon and My Star, My Star. She lives between Singapore and the UK with her partner and three sons.
