His parents, already in agony that he may never wake up again, also have to deal with the worry of medical costs. Soon after, a mysterious man contacts Jack’s father and offers him US$200,000 – for Jack’s organs.

Will Jack recover? Will his father sign away his organs for cash? Will Jack’s sister and friends – his anxious sister Jill, his clear-eyed Singaporean friend Lucille, and his nemesis, the resentful, murderous Tyson – manage to save Jack from being taken away by the organ traders?
