He is also Chairman of Global Logistic Properties Ltd., a Board Director of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., Canada and Chongbang Holdings (International) Ltd., and a Senior Advisor to Frasers Centrepoint Ltd.

Sing Tien Foo is an Associate Professor and the Deputy Head (Admininstration and Finance) at the Department of Real Estate.
